Our History

Founded in 2015 by acclaimed chef Rajesh Sharma, Bhangrabrsto was born from a desire to share authentic Indian cuisine with a modern twist. After years of working in prestigious restaurants across India and Europe, Chef Rajesh returned to his hometown to create a dining experience that honors traditional recipes while embracing contemporary techniques.

The name "Bhangrabrsto" combines "Bhangra" (a traditional Punjabi folk dance) with "Brsto" (meaning "celebration" in Sanskrit), reflecting our philosophy of celebrating Indian culinary traditions through a joyful dining experience.
